I am an aspiring developer specializing in Front End Web Development. I have studied Front End Web Development extensively with Treehouse. I have finished their Front End Web Development Track and Techdegree program and I am now a Treehouse Techdegree Certified Front End Web Developer. I can now create robust intuitive, immersive and highly engaging UI/UX experiences. Currently I am working as a Front End Web Developer at Tivix in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY. Previously I have been an IT Professional and my experience entails hardware and software support & repair for all Apple, PC and mobile products.

I work as a Front End Web Developer at Tivix in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY specializing in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, etc... I specailize in creating robust websites and web applications that are intuitive, immersive and highly engaging UI/UX experiences. Optimized for SEO using Semantic HTML. I optimize websites using front end optimization techniques by reducing http requests with sprite maps and utilized minification of CSS and JavaScript files. I monitor and optimize assets with Google Chrome DevTools. I make wireframes, prototypes and mockups with Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma. I make graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I also use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to optimize assets. I use Bootstrap to rapidly build websites and web applications. I attend team meatings to liason with fellow associates.

I worked as an Apple Genius at the 14th Street Apple Store in New York City. My role entailed taking customer appointments at the Genius Bar throughout the day. I intimately connected and empathized with our customers about there issues and needs and found the best solutions regarding their issues and needs according to Apple's customer centric guidelines. I troubleshooted all hardware and software issues with hardware and software utilities and tools. I replaced all broken or malfunctioning parts for the full scope of Apple comptuers and devices. Replaced devices when there were oppurtunities to within Apple's guidelines. Worked with our store team to help educate them on best practices and on any current internal issues. Served as a positive role model to our team to help inspire and educate them to excel within the company and reach their personal goals. Emphasized the importance of Apple best practices and guidelines.

My role entailed customer intake at the service counter to full completion of hardware and software repairs.
